Yivera is expanding its Operations team, and we are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional to join us as a Release & Metadata Operations Associate. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of music across all digital platforms, while maintaining exceptional communication with artists, labels, and aggregators.

1. Manage and process music releases within 24–48 hours
2. Maintain accurate metadata, lyrics submissions, and content quality
3. Communicate promptly with artists, labels, and aggregators
4. Resolve issues quickly and professionally
5. Produce weekly/monthly operational reports

1. Someone meticulous, fast-paced, and reliable.
2. Strong communication and documentation skills
3. Familiarity with music distribution platforms is an added advantage
4. Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
