A fast-growing, top-tier digital media and communications agency is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly efficient Graphic Designer to join our team on a 100% remote basis.

You will be part of a dynamic, fully online team, collaborating daily to create high-impact visual content for major digital platforms, including popular entertainment and social media brands.

• Design engaging social media assets (Instagram carousels, X/Twitter headers, Facebook posts).
• Create professional YouTube and Reels thumbnails designed to drive engagement.
• Design high-quality digital banners and promotional materials for international NGO partners.
• Collaborate virtually with our content and social media teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain a fast turnaround time for urgent media updates and trending content.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, professional portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva Pro.
• Experience with AI design tools is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of current social media trends and "viral" design aesthetics.
• Professional conduct and the ability to communicate effectively within an online team.
