Job Description

A contracting business seeking a remote virtual assistant to help run the front end of their lead generation and lead qualification system. The role involves using Apollo and Zoho CRM to find target accounts, update records, and qualify leads via calls and follow-ups.

We're hiring a remote virtual assistant to help run the front end of our lead generation and lead qualification system for a contracting business. I personally handle the later-stage conversion side. Your role is to help feed qualified opportunities into that system.

  • Job Location: Remote
  • Employment Type: Part-time to start (potential for long-term)
  • Pay: $1,000 USD per month (based on full-time equivalent)
  • Hours: Flexible, but must be reliable and responsive

Key Responsibilities

  • Use Apollo (assistant-role access) to find and organize target accounts and contacts.
  • Work inside Zoho CRM to update records, notes, statuses, and follow-up tasks.
  • Call leads and contacts to qualify them based on our process.
  • Follow up by phone and message until you get a real answer.
  • Identify the right contact/decision-maker when the first person is not the right one.
  • Keep lead records clean, structured, and actionable.
  • Hand off qualified opportunities with clear notes and next steps.

Required Skills

  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls.
  • Organized, persistent, and good at follow-up.
  • Able to follow a system instead of freelancing your own process.
  • Comfortable working independently and giving updates.
  • Experience with Apollo, Zoho CRM, lead gen, appointment setting, or qualification is a big plus.

Nice to Have

  • B2B lead generation experience.
  • Experience calling businesses in the U.S.
  • Experience with contractors, service businesses, facilities, property management, or vendor onboarding.
