The Research Assistant / Data Analyst will support KDI's research and programme activities by gathering and analysing information, preparing analytical reports, and contributing to projects that require evidence-based insights. This role is suitable for individuals with strong research, analytical, and reporting skills interested in governance, democracy, public policy, and development work in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analysis.
  • Collection and organisation of relevant data.
  • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Preparation of analytical reports.
  • Development of research summaries and findings.
  • Support for programme implementation.

  • Ability to organise, analyse, and interpret data accurately.
  • Experience with SPSS, STATA, or Power BI is an added advantage.
