- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
- Experience with SPSS, STATA, or Power BI is a significant advantage.

- Understanding of Nigeria’s democratic institutions and political structures.
- Familiarity with current governance issues and civic actors in Nigeria.
