The Research Associate will conduct in-depth company and industry research, gather and analyze data, interview companies and stakeholders, develop detailed company profiles and industry reports, and provide valuable business insights.

• Conduct in-depth company and industry research.
• Gather, verify, and analyze data from credible sources.

• 0–3 years of experience in Research, Banking, KPO, Publications, or related fields.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, questioning, and listening abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, Visio).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
