A Premium Beach Resort is seeking a Reservation Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience to join our growing team.
 

We’re looking for someone who can manage all reservation activities, ensure booking accuracy, and maintain clear communication with guests and internal teams to support smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

-Minimum of 2 years experience as a supervisor in front desk or reservations
-Proven ability to oversee reservation inquiries, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure
-Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving skills
-A collaborative team player with a customer focused mindset

Benefits: HMO, one meal per day, service charge, communication allowance
Work Schedule: 8:00am – 6:00pm, 6 days a week
