Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for residents, handling inquiries and complaints
- Monitor resident satisfaction and escalate major concerns
- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of units and common areas
- Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping activities
- Enforce safety and operational policies
- Maintain occupancy records, logs, and requests
- Support check-in and check-out processes
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Assist with operational reports
Required Skills
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in hospitality or property management
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
