The Accounts Officer will process all financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare data/reports. This role involves inward/outward invoicing, payment progression, monthly stock valuation, stock reconciliation, budget monitoring, and preparation of financial statements.

• Job Location: Abeokuta, Ogun State (Must be living in or willing to relocate to Abeokuta)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: ₦108,000
• Experience Required: At least 1 year cognate experience
• Education: Maximum of HND in Accountancy

• Process data through the sales and purchase ledgers from the point of receipt of the invoice to completion of the transaction.
• Reconcile Bank Statement with Payment Voucher, purchase and sales ledgers.
• Process financial transactions through Sage and other accounting applications.
• Determine the costs of performances, functions, and activities in a manner that facilitates analysis and valid comparisons with established criteria among time periods.
• Conduct monthly stock valuation, stock taking, stock reconciliation, and budget monitoring.
• Prepare Monthly Financial Statements and Inter-branch Accounts Reconciliation.

• Maximum of HND in Accountancy.
• At least 1 year cognate experience.
• Excel data analytics skills; able to work with little or no supervision.
• Attentive with a keen eye for details.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment.
• Computer literate with commendable use of Standard Office Applications, Microsoft Operating System, and Accounting Applications such as NAV, SAGE, Peachtree, QuickBooks, Daceasy, etc.
• Must be living in or willing to relocate to Abeokuta.
