• Manage and coordinate staff and activities.
• Ensure the kitchen is safe and in hygienic conditions at all times.
• Organize inventory, storage, and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies.
• Help plan menus, apportion ingredients, and use food surpluses.
• Control portion costs by calculating portions per food batch.
• Supervise cooks, tasting, smelling, and observing food to ensure conformance with recipes and appearance standards.

• HND/BSc or its equivalent.
• Commercial cooking experience, preferably for a restaurant or hotel (vocational training in catering is an added advantage).
• Management or supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask.
• Basic literacy skills.
• Creative and customer-oriented.
• Must reside in or be able to work in Itire, Ijesha, Lawanson, Ojuelegba, Surulere, or Mushin.
