• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate and monitor restaurant staff performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the restaurant.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
• Support management in achieving operational and sales targets.

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, lounge, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
