A growing hair extension and beauty retail business in GRA, Port Harcourt, is seeking energetic, polished, reliable, and customer-focused professionals to join its team.

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.
• Understand needs and recommend suitable products.
• Drive sales and build lasting customer relationships.
• Support accurate picking, packaging, and verification of online orders.
• Maintain attractive displays and a clean, organised store.
• Handle enquiries and routine customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain excellent personal presentation and conduct.

• OND, NCE, HND, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident, warm, and sales-oriented personality.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Honest, responsible, and punctual.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, social media, and basic digital tools.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business.
• Previous experience in retail, hair/beauty, fashion, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
• Candidates who can reliably commute to GRA are preferred.
