We are a fast-growing Agro-processing business specializing in the production of high-quality, processed frozen chicken. Our goal is to expand our retail footprint and ensure our products are accessible across Lagos through strategic retail partnerships. 

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to support the expansion of our processed frozen chicken distribution. The ideal candidate will identify and secure retail outlets, manage relationships with stockists, and ensure continuous sales growth.  
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools.
High level of integrity, initiative, and strategic thinking.

Identify, prospect, and secure new retail outlets (shops, supermarkets, cold rooms, etc.)
Drive and grow product sales to meet weekly/monthly targets
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
Keep accurate records of sales, stock movement, and market activities

Minimum of HND / http://B.Sc. in Marketing or any sales / Management discipline 
Experience in similar business setting is required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales (FMCG or field sales preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Must reside in Lagos and be willing to move between retail locations
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
