We are seeking a diligent and proactive Safety Officer to oversee workplace safety and ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a safety-first culture across all operations.
 

Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
🔹 Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections
🔹 Train staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures
🔹 Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports
🔹 Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations
🔹 Maintain safety records and prepare documentation for audits
🔹 Collaborate with management to promote safety awareness organization-wide
 

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
📆 Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role
📚 Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices
🏅 Certification in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE Levels 1–3) is mandatory
