• Participate actively in investment transactions alongside senior team members
• Gain hands-on operations experience from existing Sahel portfolio companies
• Work with a team of leading investment professionals at the Lagos office
• Engage in a structured 15-month residential training programme
• Support deal execution and portfolio monitoring activities

• Early career professional (0 – 2 years experience) or recent graduate
• High performing individual with strong academic and professional track record
• Citizen of an Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) country
• Strong interest in investment banking, private equity, or asset management
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
