• Identify and engage potential customers within the Federal and State government workforce to introduce and offer loan products.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government employees, understanding their financial requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing sales opportunities and effectively managing client relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for expanding reach within the Public Sector and achieving revenue goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• A minimum of OND, HND or BSc in any field of study.
• 1 - 3 years of sales experience in a related field within the financial services industry.
• Experience in lending and/or collections is an added advantage.
