Job Description

As a Direct Sales Agent in Ikeja, you will play a pivotal role in driving Kuda’s growth objectives through proactive sales efforts, effective relationship-building, and unwavering commitment to compliance and customer satisfaction. You will market Kuda’s array of financial products to prospective customers within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Actively market Kuda’s financial products, including personal & business banking, loans, and POS terminals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by acquiring new customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals according to company pricing.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Ensure thorough compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML.
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of electronic banking and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Participate in roadshows, community fairs, and other local events to promote services.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on customer experiences.
  • Understand client needs and proffer solutions to meet their specific business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, including training and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Direct Sales Agent or similar sales/customer service role; experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High motivation, enthusiasm, and dedication to achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with digital banking services and mobile technology.
