Job Description

Studio One is looking for a highly driven, modern Sales Expert to take complete ownership of their client acquisition pipeline. Your primary goal is to proactively find, engage, and close high-value B2B clients who need digital services. You will run the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and creative outreach to discovery calls, proposal negotiation, and final closing.

  • Base Salary: ₦250,000 per month
  • Commission: Uncapped 10% commission on total project value for every paying client closed

Key Responsibilities

  • ead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify ideal client profiles (businesses, startups, and enterprises needing design, apps, websites, or AI solutions).
  • AI-Accelerated Outreach: Utilize 2026-standard AI tools (e.g., AI lead scraping, automated email personalization, AI voice/text follow-ups, and CRM agents) to scale outbound campaigns while maintaining a hyper-personalized touch.
  • Consultative Pitching & Discovery: Lead high-value discovery calls. Understand client bottlenecks, present Studio One's capabilities, and clearly articulate the ROI of tech solutions.
  • Deal Closing: Masterfully define project scope alongside the technical team, negotiate terms, handle objections, and close contracts.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, AI-assisted CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting and transparent reporting.

Required Skills

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B service or tech sales (preferably selling agency services, software, SaaS, or high-ticket marketing).
  • AI-Native Workflow: Proficiency in using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude for messaging, AI prospecting algorithms, AI meeting note-takers, etc.) to scale efforts.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical services in simple, persuasive business terms.
  • A Closer's Mindset: Resilient, autonomous, target-driven, and highly motivated by uncapped commissions.
