The Sales Associate handles managing the sales to customers, vendors, and retailers. This role involves daily customer interaction, order processing, inventory checks, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate should have effective communication skills, basic numerical ability, and a customer-first attitude.

Reports To: Sales Manager
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria 

• Promote and sell the farm’s produce to walk-in customers, wholesalers, retail outlets.
• Keep correct records of sales transactions, stock levels, and customer orders.
• Check inventory to avoid spoilage and ensure availability.
• Build and keep good relationships with customers and distributors.
• Provide reports on daily, weekly, and monthly sales.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of products during storage and display.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Uphold the farm’s brand and customer service standards.

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in agricultural or food products.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic Mathematics and record-keeping skills.
• Trustworthy, honest, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Knowledge of poultry products is a plus.
• Must be very organized, punctual, and detail oriented
• Computer Knowledge Is Required
