- Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline.
- Must have completed NYSC or have a valid exemption letter.
- Must reside within close proximity to Lekki or Ikeja.
- Minimum 1–2 years B2B or B2C sales experience preferably in health insurance, general insurance, financial institutions, or real estate.
- Proven track record of setting sales goals, meeting targets, and closing deals.
- Good analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Excellent ability to provide consultative guidance to prospects and customers.
- Ability to identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
- Quick learner with strong negotiating skills.
- Nice to have: Prior experience in health tech, HMO, insurance brokerage, fintech, or subscription-based services; experience selling to SMEs/MSMEs; existing network of business owners in Lekki/Ikeja.
