Direct Bridge Nigeria Limited is seeking smart, target-driven Sales Associates to promote and sell our loan products. The ideal candidate will actively market Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Public Sector Loans, while consistently meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

• Market and sell Business, Personal, and Public Sector loans.
• Source new customers through field marketing, referrals, and relationship building.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Educate customers on loan features, benefits, and repayment terms.
• Assist clients through the loan application and documentation process.
• Ensure accuracy of customer information and compliance with company policies.
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Submit regular sales and performance reports.

• Minimum of HND/BSc in any discipline.
• 2–3 years’ experience in loan sales, or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Highly target-driven and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience selling loans or working in a financial institution is a plus.
