Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development and fundraising strategies aligned with mission and sustainability goals.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with donors, foundations, corporate sponsors, and development agencies.
  • Lead grant sourcing activities including donor research, proposal writing, concept notes, and funding applications.
  • Drive revenue generation through program funding, sponsorships, service offerings, and strategic collaborations.
  • Coordinate end-to-end proposal development ensuring compliance with donor requirements and timelines.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in consulting, training, or human development sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong grant writing and proposal development capabilities.
  • Ability to lead initiatives independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
