Position: Sales & Customer Service Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos Nigeria

Employment Type: Permanent

Education: Graduate

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding targets.
  • Contribute to data collection, entry, and basic data analysis for reporting and service improvements.
  • Prospect, sign new up new corporate accounts and ensure they are functional and productive
  • Handle the official phone line, web chat and email communications, providing appropriate and professional responses to both current and prospective clients ensuring they are satisfied with our product and services.
  • Liaise with internal teams to monitor client work progress and provide regular reports to management.
  • Recruit and manage affiliates, freelancers and sub agent portfolios to increase in sales generation, revenue and profit margin.
  • Generate new business opportunities and develop sales outlets to drive revenue growth and profit margins.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service timelines, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all client correspondence reflects the brand’s professionalism and commitment to travel excellent
  • Attend sales meetings, events and conferences for networking and to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them
  • Negotiating and closing sales through calling
  • Support for sales and marketing through telemarketing, sales leads generation, profiling, visits when needed, CRM update, etc Any other assigned task

Required Skills

  • Degree in management, Business Studies or related field with 2 - 3  years of experience2-3 years in client service, customer support, or administrative roles, preferably within travels and tours services.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and data management tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • High attention to detail and can handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Professional demeanour, confidentiality, and integrity in dealing with client matters
