A growing fintech company in Lagos is seeking a Sales Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and business opportunities. The organization is dedicated to driving sales performance through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Monitor sales targets, KPIs, revenue, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
• Track individual and team sales performance and highlight areas requiring improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management decision-making.
• Analyze sales data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of sales data across reporting platforms.
• Support forecasting and sales planning through data analysis.
• Provide timely reports and insights to management.

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data visualization.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data analytics tools is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with large datasets and present findings clearly.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in the fintech, financial services, banking, or telecommunications industry is an advantage.
