- 3–5 years' experience in B2B sales or lead generation (SaaS or HR Tech preferred).
- Proven experience with cold outreach and pipeline building.
- Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience qualifying leads and scheduling product demos with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset with Marketing and Account Executive teams.
