Job Description

A company in the real estate industry is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Executive with solid real estate experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through digital channels, converting prospects into clients, and driving property sales. 

  • Location: Victoria Island (VI), Lagos
  • Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
  • Industry: Real Estate
  • Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly
  • Gender: Female candidates only (as specified by the employer)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated sales and digital marketing strategies to drive property sales.
  • Generate and nurture leads through social media, paid ads, property portals, referrals, and networking.
  • Create and publish engaging property content (flyers, videos, reels, virtual tours, listings) across digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) to attract qualified buyers.
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert digital leads into site inspections and closed deals.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years proven experience in Real Estate sales and digital marketing.
  • Good spoken and written English - very important.
