(Fashion Retail) – 1-Month Contract 

Location: Lekki, Lagos (Hybrid)Duration: 1 Month (with possibility of extension based on performance)Salary: ₦150,000 monthly + Transport Allowance + Internet Access

Our Client, a premium fabric retail brand, is seeking a vibrant and customer-focused Sales & Event Support Associate to drive sales activities for an upcoming December event and support ongoing retail operations.This role is ideal for a young, energetic, fashion-forward individual with passion for fabrics, customer service, and sales engagement.

• Support and execute sales activities before, during, and after the December sales event (26th & 27th Dec).
• Engage customers in-store, provide product guidance, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and smooth hosting of customers.
• Manage inquiries via phone, social media, and walk-ins (hybrid interaction).
• Maintain excellent product knowledge of fabrics and current fashion trends.
• Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience or relevant sales/retail education.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, stylish, confident, and passionate about fashion and fabric retail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be available for pre-event tasks and fully present on 26th & 27th December.

Contract Terms 

Initial contract: 1 month.Performance during and after the December event will determine continued engagement.Extended work and pay negotiation available based on performance.
