Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling our logistics solutions. The role involves prospecting, onboarding new clients and promoting end-to-end services—including warehouse storage, fulfilment, last-mile deliveries, and B2B/B2B2C/B2C logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage clients across e-commerce, retail, FMCG, and corporate sectors.
  • Prospect via cold outreach, field visits, networking, and digital channels.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Deliver compelling pitches, demos, and tailored logistics solutions.
  • Cargo and food export experience
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with operations/warehouse and customer service teams for seamless service delivery
  • Share client feedback and insights to refine strategies.
  • Maintain records of leads, pipelines, and closed deals.
  • Submit weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required Skills

  • OND/HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years in sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or tech services.
  • Proven track record of meeting B2B/B2B2C/B2C sales targets.
  • Experience selling warehousing/fulfillment services (a strong advantage).
  • Expertise in logistics operations, supply chain, and last-mile delivery.

Skills:

  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales approaches.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent client engagement.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
