Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling our logistics solutions. The role involves prospecting, onboarding new clients and promoting end-to-end services—including warehouse storage, fulfilment, last-mile deliveries, and B2B/B2B2C/B2C logistics

Key Responsibilities

o Identify and engage clients across e-commerce, retail, FMCG, and corporate sectors.
o Prospect via cold outreach, field visits, networking, and digital channels.
o Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
o Deliver compelling pitches, demos, and tailored logistics solutions. 
o Cargo and food export experience
o Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
o Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
o Collaborate with operations/warehouse and customer service teams for seamless service delivery
o Share client feedback and insights to refine strategies.
o Maintain records of leads, pipelines, and closed deals.
o Submit weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required Skills

o  OND/HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
o 2–4 years in sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or tech services.
o Proven track record of meeting B2B/B2B2C/B2C sales targets.
o Experience selling warehousing/fulfillment services (a strong advantage).
o Expertise in logistics operations, supply chain, and last-mile delivery.

• Skills:
o Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
o Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales approaches.
o Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
o Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent client engagement.
o Strong organizational and reporting skills.

o Salary: #400,000 Monthly Gross (Negotiable)
