Job Description

Mikano International is seeking a Sales Executive to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services. The position is full-time and available in Lagos, Ibadan & Kano.

  • Locations: Lagos, Ibadan & Kano
  • Salary: N275,000 – N350,000.00 Gross
  • Benefits: Transport Allowance, Leave Allowance, HMO & Pension

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business.
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Participates in bids and tenders' activities.
  • Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
  • Analyzes the territory/markets potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
  • Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities.

Required Skills

  • BSc/HND in Marketing, Economics, Business and Management or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience within the industry as a sales person.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
