• Drive ticket, concession, membership and special-event sales
• Generate leads and secure corporate, school and group bookings
• Conduct sales outreach through calls, partnerships, referrals and other channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to drive repeat business and customer retention
• Welcome guests and provide information on movies, showtimes, promotions and cinema services
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, feedback, refunds and ticketing issues professionally and promptly
• Promote concession items, loyalty programmes and special offers to increase customer spend
• Maintain accurate customer records and databases
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams on promotions, activations and special events
• Coordinate monthly sales outreach and ensure widespread distribution of cinema flyers
• Engage the company's WhatsApp community and support social media activities to increase audience engagement
• Support distributors meet-and-greet activities and cinema activations
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, payments and daily reconciliations
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales and customer service reports

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or a related role
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to generate leads, convert prospects and achieve sales targets
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Good record-keeping and reporting skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints and enquiries professionally
• Experience in entertainment, cinema, hospitality or another customer-facing environment is an advantage
• Proactive, target-driven and customer-focused
• Ability to work onsite and operate within a Monday–Sunday schedule with two days off
