Keysight Property Development Ltd is a real estate company based in Sangotedo, Ajah, Lagos, seeking a target-driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote properties and achieve sales targets.

• Generate and follow up on property sales leads.
• Market and sell Keysight properties to prospective clients.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections, and viewings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records on the CRM.
• Work with Finance, Admin, and other departments to facilitate transactions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Submit regular sales activity and performance reports.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in sales, preferably real estate.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong lead generation and follow-up abilities.
• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos/Ogun state real estate market is an advantage.
