The Sales Executive will promote and sell consumer loan and investment products, source and onboard qualified customers, evaluate loan applications, and build strong customer relationships.

• Salary: ₦92,500 – ₦200,000 per month (depending on experience and grade)

• Promote and sell consumer loan and investment products.
• Source and onboard qualified customers.
• Evaluate loan applications and supporting documents.
• Assess customers' financial eligibility and recommend suitable loan products.
• Prepare loan documentation and support the loan approval process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Mobilize deposits and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Work closely with underwriters to resolve loan application issues.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies, regulations, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide excellent customer service.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Loan Officer, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of consumer lending products and credit processes.
• Familiarity with banking applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
