Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell real estate properties, generate leads, and close sales. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and customer-focused, with experience in the real estate industry.

  • Job Location: Salem, Ikate, Lagos
  • Employment Type: Fully-Onsite
  • Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 Gross + Commission and performance incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell land and property units to meet monthly targets.
  • Attend to client inquiries and follow up on leads.
  • Conduct property inspections and presentations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Represent the company professionally.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of Sales experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
