The ideal candidate will have a robust background in plastic resins and general chemical sales.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aimed at achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Monitor market dynamics and customer feedback to stay informed of changing product demands.
- improve market coverage and develop new market segments / application fields 
 

- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in business development/sales within plastic resin / paper firm.
- Strong understanding of plastic resins and paper products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree
