We are seeking a high-performing professional with a proven track record in B2B business development to drive revenue, cultivate strategic accounts, and lead nationwide sales operations.

Job Description

As the Sales Manager, you will be the primary architect of the company’s market presence. You will be responsible for transitioning the business from its launch phase into a dominant market leader by securing high-value contracts and building a robust, results-oriented sales force.

Key Responsibilities

  • National Sales Strategy: Develop and implement scalable sales frameworks to penetrate the Nigerian market.
  • B2B Business Development: Identify and close large-scale opportunities within the Educational, Corporate, Hospitality, Healthcare, Security, and Public sectors.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate KPIs.
  • Key Account Management : Act as the primary liaison for Tier-1 clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term partnership growth.
  • Market Intelligence : Provide data-driven insights, sales forecasting, and comprehensive reports to the Board of Directors.

Required Skills

  • Academic Background : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
  • Professional Experience : Minimum of 5 years in sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Core Competencies : Exceptional negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Industry Advantage : Prior experience in Textiles, Apparel, FMCG, or Industrial Manufacturing is preferred.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel nationwide to manage regional accounts and team members.
