A company in the glass processing and construction solutions industry is seeking Sales & Marketing Executives to promote its products and generate new business opportunities across construction and project sites in Lagos.

• Visit construction sites, businesses, contractors, architects, developers, and other potential clients across Lagos to market our services.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present our glass processing solutions based on clients’ project requirements.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective projects to drive conversions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and projects.
• Gather market and customer feedback to support sales and business development activities.
• Meet agreed sales and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, site visits, and sales activities.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth communication from enquiry through delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, construction, building materials, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable travelling to different project and construction sites across Lagos.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to generate leads independently.
• Good knowledge of Lagos business and construction markets is an advantage.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly to potential customers.
• Must be organised, professional, and comfortable working in a field-based sales role.
