✔️ Minimum 5 years’ experience in international physical commodity trading (preferably agro-commodities)
✔️ Proven track record driving export sales and revenue growth
✔️ Strong experience developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
✔️ Experience working with global or enterprise-level B2B clients
✔️ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
✔️ Comfortable operating independently in an unstructured, fast-scaling environment
✔️ Strong CRM and commercial reporting discipline
• International market exposure across multiple regions
• Experience attending or leading engagements at global trade shows
• Existing industry networks and buyer relationships
• Hands-on experience with agro-commodities such as shea nut butter, cashew, sesame, cocoa, peanuts, or other soft commodities
• Experience managing B2B LinkedIn or corporate social media presence
