Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the key account customers
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Ensure collection of outstanding credit balance in line with credit limit policy/agreement
• Sales Forecasting - Collects and assesses customer data from internal and external sources; compares against historical data to influence useful inputs and create a forecast of future consumption patterns
• Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
• Handle customers complaints and ensuring satisfaction
• Advise customer on technical issue concerning the products
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing, Social Sciences or Equivalent

Key Competencies

• Good Communication and negotiation skills
• Sound technical knowledge of the products & Solutions
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of laminates, films, and related products
• Strong Business understanding

Minimum Experience Required

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in flexible packaging or converting industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
