We are looking for smart, confident, and well-presented Sales Negotiators (Graduate Trainees) to join our growing team in Lagos. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in real estate sales and client advisory.

• Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos (On-site)
• Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000 monthly + Commission

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Present property investment opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings.
• Follow up with clients and close sales.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident speaking on the phone and meeting clients.
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
• Highly driven and comfortable working towards sales targets.
