- 1–3+ years' experience in foreign trade or overseas sales (preferred)
- Experience in plastics, chemicals, rubber products, or related industrial sectors (preferred)
- Familiarity with B2B sales models and experience in field sales/cold calling
- Solid understanding of international trade processes and product market positioning
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and relevant regulations
- Strong ability to independently develop clients and conduct business negotiations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets
- Self-driven, responsible, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Strong team spirit with a high level of initiative
