Job Title: Sales Officer (Junior Executive)

Job Type: Full-Time, Field-based with frequent travel
Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦350,000

A company in Anambra is seeking a Sales Officer to support sales growth through product promotion, order fulfillment, and customer engagement across designated retail and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Sales: Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process and verify order forms, confirm price/availability, and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Customer Management: Maintain client relationships, follow up on deliveries, and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Market Intelligence: Report on market trends and competitor activities to suggest new sales strategies.

Reporting & KPIs

  • Submit daily reports and customer feedback logs.
  • Metrics tracked include: Sales volume achievement, average daily visits, order accuracy, and customer retention.

Required Skills

  • Education: OND/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (FMCG or agro-processing preferred).
  • Skills: Territory coverage, CRM, order processing, and "smart reporting" ability.

Working Conditions

  • Field-based role with frequent travel.
