A growing financial services company is seeking an experienced Sales Officer to drive loan product growth and manage end-to-end lending processes. • Drive sales and growth of loan products across target markets
• Acquire, onboard, and manage new loan customers effectively
• Conduct client assessments and support loan origination and documentation
• Process loan applications and facilitate timely disbursements
• Build and maintain a healthy loan portfolio with minimal delinquency
• Monitor repayments and support effective recovery strategies
• Achieve assigned sales, lending, and collection targets consistently
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare accurate sales and portfolio performance reports for management

• Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant discipline
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in financial services or microfinance
• Proven experience in micro-lending, loan origination, disbursement, recovery, and portfolio management
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Ability to assess credit risk and make sound lending recommendations
• Proficiency in preparing detailed portfolio and sales performance reports
