Whip Smart is a company seeking a Sales Operations Executive to drive business growth and client acquisition in the HR, recruitment, and outsourcing sector.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop sales plans and drive revenue growth.
• Promote recruitment, outsourcing, HR consulting, payroll and workforce services.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Maintain sales pipelines and client records.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams.
• Conduct market research and prepare sales reports.
• Represent the business at networking events and exhibitions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in corporate, B2B sales or business development, preferably HR/recruitment/outsourcing.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of the Nigerian business environment and client acquisition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
