A leading distributor of technology, services, and lifestyle products in Sub-Saharan Africa is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to join its team in Lagos.

• Maintain CRM data accuracy and user access.
• Generate daily and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
• Track key metrics like quota attainment and pipeline velocity.
• Streamline order fulfillment and quote-to-cash processes.
• Train sales reps on internal software and operational workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing and finance.
• Liaise with OEM and monitor the OEM porter.
• Log orders on OEM porters and track ETAs.
• Maintain a healthy pricelist and stock tracking.
• Track partners' debt profile and reach out for recovery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in sales support or operations.
• Strong command of CRM software (e.g., D365).
• Excellent spreadsheet and data analysis abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Total team player.
