A retail business in Sabo Sagamu is seeking a smart and customer-focused Sales Personnel to manage store operations and drive product sales. This role requires proactive individuals who can maintain high service standards while achieving targets within a fast-paced local retail environment.

• Attend to customers professionally and provide excellent service consistently
• Promote and sell company products persuasively to meet revenue goals
• Maintain proper product arrangement and ensure store cleanliness at all times
• Assist customers with inquiries, recommendations, and purchase decisions
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Keep accurate daily records of sales activities and inventory movements
• Support opening and closing procedures as part of store operations team
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily takings accurately

• B.Sc. qualification in any relevant field
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement
• Previous sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
• Smart appearance, responsible attitude, and hardworking demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Must currently reside in Sagamu or immediate environs
• Strong persuasion skills and result-oriented mindset
• Basic numeracy skills for handling sales records and transactions
