• Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude.
• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain an attractive, clean, and organized store.
• Stay up to date with new arrivals, promotions, and fashion trends.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Assist with stock management, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification (higher qualifications are welcome).
• Previous experience in retail or sales is strongly encouraged.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, confident, and customer-focused.
• Honest, reliable, and well-groomed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems or computers is an added advantage.
