• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Recommend products and close sales effectively.
• Process payments and pack orders accurately.
• Keep the showroom clean and organized.
• Create simple social media content (training provided).
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain relationships.
• Meet monthly sales targets.

• Minimum of HND.
• 1–2 years' retail sales experience (gift store, fashion, supermarket, home décor, or similar).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive and sales-driven.
