Onyx Hair by Nelly is a luxury hair brand dedicated to providing premium products and exceptional customer service. The company seeks passionate sales professionals who can represent the brand with elegance while driving revenue growth in the competitive beauty and lifestyle market.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
• Attend to walk-in and online customers, converting enquiries into sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Recommend products based on individual customer needs and preferences
• Generate new business through referrals and consistent follow-ups
• Support promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare detailed sales reports
• Stay updated on products, market trends, and competitor activities

• Female candidates preferred
• 3–5 years' sales experience in luxury hair, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/POS experience is an advantage
• HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage
• Available for immediate resumption
