• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable toys by age, budget, and occasion.
• Actively promote products and convert enquiries into sales.
• Process purchases accurately using the store's POS system.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and phone.
• Maintain accurate sales, stock, and customer records, including basic Excel updates.
• Support stock monitoring, receiving, arranging, and displaying products.
• Keep the sales floor and cashier area clean, organised, and welcoming.

• Minimum of OND / SSCE or equivalent.
• Previous retail, sales, or cashiering experience an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Comfortable with smartphones, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication and customer service ability.
• Honest, reliable, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Must be willing to work in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (accommodation provided).
